Reunion Giving

Reunion years are an excellent time for alumni to renew their ties to the University, recognize their place in Fairfield’s history, and rekindle lifelong friendships. Whether it’s been 5, 25, or 45 years since you graduated from Fairfield University, this coming June marks a special occasion for your class. The Reunion Class Committee Program is a volunteer-driven effort to encourage classmates to return to Fairfield for Reunion and to motivate them to commemorate the occasion through participation in their Reunion Class Gift. The Office of Alumni Relations and The Fairfield Fund team will be working together closely to encourage alumni to “come back and give back.” Class volunteers connect with classmates through letters, phone calls, and e-mail communications.

Come Back

Each year hundreds of alumni and their families come back to campus to celebrate at Reunion! Class Committees comprised of alumni from each Reunion Year work to energize their classmates, encourage them to return to Reunion, garner support of Fairfield, and share their insights into what they'd like to see at their Reunion. Committee members encourage and motivate classmates to return to Fairfield to enjoy and remember those special years and friendships.

Give Back

In your Reunion year, consider how your Fairfield experience has shaped your life, and make a commitment to help provide the same opportunities for current and future students. Your contribution helps us recruit and retain outstanding faculty, enriches the living and learning experience on campus, and allows us to offer scholarships to talented students who cannot afford a Fairfield education. Any gift made in honor of your reunion is considered a “reunion gift”. Class totals for participation and total contributions will be announced during Reunion Weekend.
