Park Legally

  • Vehicles that accumulate five tickets for parking illegally will be subject to parking modifications
  • Additional violations will result in a surcharge and the vehicle will be towed

  • Payment of tickets does not remove the owner/operator from the tow list
  • Parking on neighboring streets is prohibited

Payments and Appeals

  • Parking violation fees are payable within 10 days at the Bursar's office located in McAuliffe Hall, Room 301 - checks may be made payable to Fairfield University
  • Traffic Appeal forms are available at the Public Safety office and must be submitted with the ticket within 10 days
  • The decision of the Appeal Board is final - tickets may not be re-appealed
