Certificate Programs

The School of Engineering & Computing’s Certificate Programs are for working professionals or lifelong learners who are looking to enhance a resume, improve skills, prepare for a job change, or explore a new field of interest. A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college is required, and a minimum of three years’ professional experience is preferred. Software engineering certificates are available in the following specialized areas:

Admission Requirements

Students may be admitted to graduate level courses for certificate studies on a "special student," non-matriculated basis and on a space available basis. These non-matriculated students must have a minimum of three years experience in the discipline and present academic and/or professional records to support the likelihood of success in these demanding graduate level courses. Certificate applicants must fill out an online application, pay an application fee, and submit an official transcript and resume. Proof of measles and rubella immunization is also required.
