One Week Left! Winter Course Registration Ends Dec. 21

Fairfield University is offering more than 45 undergraduate and graduate online courses during the 2020-21 winter break.

Fairfield University is encouraging undergraduate and graduate students to take advantage of the winter break and “sled ahead” in their studies by registering for one of the University’s online Winter Intersession courses. Registration for more than 45 four-week and two-week courses is available now through December 21, 2020 at my.fairfield.edu.

Each Winter Intersession course is geared toward current Stags and visiting college students who are home for the holidays and want to accelerate their degree programs. Intensive, three-credit undergraduate courses in art history, business, sociology, and studio art are being offered in a concentrated two-week format beginning January 4, 2021. More than 30 four-week undergraduate courses are also being offering in a variety of disciplines, including anthropology, biology, communication, economics, English, math, and marketing, beginning December 23 and running through January 18, 2021.

Among these undergraduate offerings are several new online courses that are being offered at Fairfield for the first time. These courses cover a wide range of fascinating subject matter and include “Fundamentals of Astronomy,” “The Problem of God,” “Imperialism and Colonialism,” “Bioinspiration: Innovation Inspired by Nature,” and “Critical Issues in American Popular Music: Blues to Hip-Hop.”

Convenient online graduate courses are also being offered over winter break in a wide range of programs, including accounting, business analytics, communication, finance, management, marketing, and public administration.

Detailed registration information and winter course descriptions are available online at www.fairfield.edu/winter.
