Despite both living in Regis during their freshman year, Jack and Gabi didn't cross paths until the beginning of their sophomore year in 2013. They were randomly assigned to the same mentor group in Loyola's Ignatian Residential College program and began dating shortly after that first meeting. Gabi and Jack spent the next three years together enjoying all Fairfield life had to offer, including classes, Glee concerts, COSO meetings, and point days. After graduating in 2016, the two began their careers in publishing and finance which they continue to pursue today. Jack proposed to Gabi in February of 2020 during a weekend getaway in Lake Placid, NY and they set their wedding plans in motion, even taking engagement photos around campus! The two were married on July 24, 2021 surrounded by family and friends in Waterford, CT against the seaside backdrop of Harkness Memorial State Park. Jack and Gabi currently live in New York City and after over a decade together, are grateful for the pivotal role Fairfield played in jumpstarting their love story.
