Faculty/Staff Library Delivery Service
How do I request a book/movie/music item for delivery?
You must first sign up for the service. Please submit the Activation Form .
To confirm that you're signed up, login to My Library Account and you'll see a message "You're signed up for faculty / staff delivery service!" under your name.
Once you're signed up for the service, simply search for your titles in the Library Catalog, click Request It on an item you want to be delivered and follow on-screen instructions.
You can also request multiple items to be delivered at the same time by:
- click the Save to add items to you bag
- click View Saved at the top of the screen
- click Request Saved to request all items in your bag to be delivered.
How do I request an article or book chapter from the library's collection for delivery?
It's easy to request an article via Scan & Delivery. Click on this link Request Print/Microform Articles from DNL (Scan & Deliver). You will be prompted for your Net ID Username and Password. This page may be familiar to you as it is the same one you use for InterLibrary loan. Click on New and then Article on the left hand side. Complete the form. You will be notified by e-mail when the electronic document is available for viewing.
For materials that are not available through DiMenna-Nyselius Library, please click on this link Request from Other Libraries (ILL).
How will I receive my items?
You must have a staffed deliverable location on campus such as your office or your secretary's office.
Request your items through our catalog and we will do the rest.
Faculty/Staff located in the Dolan Commons will have items sent through campus mail.
Up to 5 items will be delivered to your office at a time.
How will it be delivered to me and not placed on a hold shelf in the library?
When you sign up for library delivery service, a notation is made on your library record alerting the circulation staff that your items should be delivered directly to your office or your secretary's office.
How do I request a return of my library materials?

How can I verify that my return was received?
You can login to My Account on the DiMenna-Nyselius Library home page. You can see the materials checked out to you.

When are items delivered?
Delivery is made once a day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. during Fall and Spring Semesters. Summer schedule shifts to Wednesday delivery between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Deliveries may be skipped due to Inclement weather and University Holidays.
