Career Assistance For Fairfield Stags

Fairfield University’s Career Center has a variety of resources designed to connect students, alumni, and parents.

Navigating the job and internship market can be stressful at any time but it is especially nerve-racking this year. Whether you are looking for a new job opportunity, contemplating a career change, or seeking to hire top talent, Fairfield University’s Career Center has a variety of resources designed to connect students, alumni, and parents.

“Partnering with the Career Center is a powerful way to give back and help launch Stags into successful careers. We encourage alumni and parents to post jobs and internships on Stags4Hire, participate in virtual or in-person events like Career Fairs, Job Mock Interviews, Job Shadow events, and much more,” said Deirdre Bennett, manager of Employer Engagement.

The Hire A Stag program invites alumni and friends to partner with the University to help launch our future Stags into successful careers by posting jobs on Stags4Hire, attending Career Fairs, participating in the Job Shadow and Mock Interview programs, and more. The program also allows alumni access to a wealth of resources, including job boards, career advice, networking events, and most importantly, a network of almost 40,000 Fairfield alumni.

Stags4Hire, powered by Handshake, is a one-stop career platform connecting employers and job seekers at all career stages. The platform allows job seekers to create an online profile and access to job openings by approved employers.

To view all of the virtual opportunities available for alumni and parents to connect with students, please visit fairfield.edu/careercenter or contact the Career Center at careers@fairfield.edu.
