Fairfield StartUp Elevator Pitch Contest – Cash Prizes Awarded, October 26

Students from all majors are invited to attend the Elevator Pitch Contest to learn elevator pitch essentials, craft a pitch, and compete for the chance to win one of three $500 cash prizes.

Join us for the next event in the Fairfield StartUp program. The Elevator Pitch Contest allows students to practice selling an idea for cash prizes.

Learn the Art of the Elevator Pitch
Starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, students will learn elevator pitch essentials.

Client Q&A
Next, students will take part in a real client Q&A and learn about the company they'll be pitching for. 

Join A Team – Craft A Pitch
After students have gathered important information, they will pair off into teams to prep and practice their pitches for the judges.

Compete For Cash Prices 
Each team will pitch privately to a panel of faculty and alumni judges. The top three teams will win $500 each. Winners will be invited to pitch again live at the StartUp Showcase for the chance to win an additional $1,000 based on audience vote.
