Three Post Road

This new residential community will offer a variety of thoughtfully designed apartment layouts, creating welcoming spaces for graduate students. Apartments range from approximately 840 to 1,455 square feet, with a mix of bedroom configurations and shared living spaces.

Each furnished apartment will include essential furniture for bedrooms, living areas, and kitchens, along with counter seating. Select spaces will also feature dedicated study and work areas. Furniture packages will include appropriately scaled desks designed to support comfortable and functional study spaces.

The apartments are designed to balance privacy with opportunities for community, providing residents with comfortable spaces to live, study, and connect off campus.
