PathwayPro is an SaaS product that tailors personalized growth and learning pathways to each student, promoting certainty in academic progression and career readiness.

PathwayPro isn’t just a product — it’s a mission to empower the next generation of leaders and innovators. We want college students to understand and know their value. This is a project made by students, for students.

With a goal to serve as a comprehensive academic planning software service (Saas), StartUp Showcase team PathwayPro is focused on developing content that empowers students with the tools and insights they need to make informed decisions and succeed in their educational and career journeys. The team aims to offer customized pathways tailored to college students, emphasizing areas where students often face challenges.

Team member Faizah Chowdhury '25 explained that PathwayPro was inspired by the shared common struggles many students face in navigating both their academic and career paths. The team’s perspective extends beyond the traditional four-year outcome, notes Chowdhury.

“PathwayPro offers personalized growth pathways tailored to each student, career readiness preparation, and certainty in academic progression,” said Chowdhury. This is done through flexible plans that adapt to each student’s unique journey.

By leveraging the student's input and alumni data, PathwayPro generates a year-by-year academic plan with specialized course recommendations. If a student decides to change their major or minor, the app easily generates a new pathway from its database of skill-tagged courses, ensuring it aligns with the student's evolving needs.

“PathwayPro isn’t just a product - it’s a mission to empower the next generation of leaders and innovators. We want college students to understand and know their value. This is a project made by students, for students,” said Chowdhury.

Team members Nicholas Sordi '23, MSBA '24 and Mishal Qureshi '26 will join Chowdhury at the StartUp Showcase.  Be sure to tune in to their pitch where you will hear how their product can revolutionize career planning for students, universities, and hiring managers alike.
