The Stags will host Saint Peter’s this Saturday, Feb. 10 at 2 p.m.

The thing we've talked about as a team is that we haven't come this far just to come this far.

— Head Coach Carly Thibault-DuDonis

Most recently defeating Marist, 76-49, on Kids’ Day Out at Leo D. Mahoney Arena, Fairfield University Women’s Basketball has set a new program record with an 18-game winning streak. The Stags, who are currently 20-1 overall and 12-0 in the MAAC, will look to extend their streak at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10 when they play St. Peter's at the Mahoney Arena.

Tickets for Saturday and for all remaining home games are on sale now at FairfieldStags.com/TIX.

The Stags’ winning streak is currently the second-longest in the country behind #1 South Carolina. The top-ranked Gamecocks are also the only team with a better record than the Stags, at a perfect 22-0.

"I'm excited for what we've done until this point," Head Coach Carly Thibault-DuDonis said. "The thing we've talked about as a team is that we haven't come this far just to come this far. While 20 wins and 18 straight wins are great, there's a lot of season left, and we have a lot of goals to accomplish.”

Fairfield Women’s Basketball is currently unranked but receiving votes in both the Associated Press and WBCA Coaches’ poll for the first time in program history. The Stags are also ranked #8 in the College Insider Mid-Major Poll.
