Parent Community Unlocked $100,000 for Fairfield Students During 4th Annual Parent Leadership Challenge

More than 600 Fairfield parents made a gift to unlock a $100,000 challenge gift sponsored by the Parents Leadership Council, directly impacting students’ futures.

From Monday, Oct. 4 to Wednesday, Oct. 20, more than 600 Fairfield parents participated in the Office of Parent Engagement & Philanthropy’s 4th annual Parent Leadership Challenge. With the participation of 500 generous donors, parents had the opportunity to unlock an additional $100,000 challenge gift sponsored by the Parents Leadership Council for student financial aid, academic enrichment, campus spirituality, and student life. Reflective of Fairfield’s legacy of fostering a community rooted in service and philanthropy, this year’s donors far exceeded this goal to raise $292,604 to further enrich student academics and engagement.

A special congratulations and thank you to the parents of the Class of 2025 for earning the highest parent participation! Over 250 Class of ’25 parents contributed to win their students complimentary soft serve from the Mister Softee ice cream truck which they were treated to on Wednesday, Oct. 27.

Thank you to all Fairfield parents who are embodying the Stag spirit of being for others and investing in developing our students’ potential. Year after year, parents continue to come together to display a generosity that allows Fairfield to flourish. Parent support is felt every day, as it truly impacts each student’s Fairfield experience and success.
