Demonstrating “whole person” achievements that reflect the University’s Jesuit tradition of educating the mind, body, and spirit, the Charles F. Dolan School of Business celebrates this year’s cohort of 30 Under 30 awardees.
Each year, Fairfield Dolan recognizes outstanding undergraduate and graduate students who exemplify excellence both inside and outside the classroom. This year’s selection process was especially competitive, with the business school receiving a record number of applications. The 2026 awardees represent nearly every Dolan School academic discipline, from marketing to finance.
Awardees are chosen based on demonstrated achievement across three key areas: societal impact (40 percent), academics (30 percent), and professional development (30 percent).
“It means a lot to be part of a university that values learning, service, and personal growth,” said Madison Ryder ’27. “I see this recognition as a reflection of the support from my professors, friends, family, as well as the opportunities I’ve been given at Fairfield University.”
For many students, the recognition is less about individual achievement than about the mentors, peers, and campus community that shaped their journey.
“To me, this award is a celebration of the community that built me,” MBA candidate Faizah Chowdhury said. “It serves as a testament not only to my personal efforts across my undergraduate and graduate studies but also to the profound mentorship I’ve received from Fairfield University faculty and staff.”
