Join alumna Lindsey Ault-Authier '06, director of Employer Branding & Campus Recruiting at Danone, for an online presentation and discussion about women's compensation strategies.
Compensation for women in the workforce is a subject that Lindsey Ault-Authier '06 is passionate about, and in a virtual presentation on Tuesday, March 16 at 5 p.m. she will share ideas and strategies to help women when opportunities to negotiate salary arise.
Ault-Authier has spent more than 15 years driving employer branding, recruiting, and marketing strategies at Fortune 100 companies such as Gartner, FactSet, and UBS. After her "Women Negotiating Salary" presentation, there will be time for discussion, and a Question & Answer session.
"There is no time like the present to learn more about this topic," said Katherine A Schwab, PhD, director of the School of Communication, Arts and Media (SoCAM) in Fairfield's College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Schwab noted that over the last three years, alumni-focused panels such as this have been produced by SoCAM, and alumni can look forward to additional events in years to come, especially once in-person gatherings are again permissible.
The "Women Negotiating Salary" presentation with Lindsey Ault-Authier will take place as a Zoom webinar, and students, alumni, and members of the larger University community are invited to attend. Registration is required; please RSVP Here by 12 midnight ET on March 15.
The zoom link will be distributed to the RSVP list before 12 noon ET on March 16.
