Richard Greenwald, PhD, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, will moderate a Virtual Dean's Series discussion with Rear Admiral Brian P. Monahan ’82, P’20,’18,’14, attending physician for the United States Congress and United States Supreme Court.
Grab your lunch and tune at 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 18 for a continuation of the Virtual Dean’s Series, as Dean Richard Greenwald moderates a discussion with Rear Admiral Brian Monahan ’82, P’20,’18,’14, attending physician for the United States Congress and United States Supreme Court.
"The pandemic has changed everything, or at least touched everything," said Dean Greenwald. "Dr. Monahan had a front row seat as the official physician to Congress. Talking with him about the virus, about precautions taken to protect and or treat Congress, is an important window into this ongoing crisis."
Dr. Monahan was a premed student in Fairfield's College of Arts and Sciences, and will also talk about preparing students for medical school and health sciences careers.
"The thing that I think is so special about these events," Dr. Greenwald continued, "is that they are deep and interesting conversations with with smart and engaging alumni on important topics for both our society and then in particular for the College of Arts and Sciences."
Registration is required for this event. Please R.S.V.P. today.
