Learn how application tracking systems work, to propel your job search.

Applicant tracking systems are used now more than ever, for recruiting and hiring to be conducted electronically. Fairfield Dolan invites students to listen, learn, and interact virtually with experts Cindy Drexel, Global Head of Human Resources at ExodusPoint Capital Management and Kevin Curtis, SVP, Recruiting Lead, Cerberus Capital Management, LP on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. for the “How to Beat the Résumé Robot Workshop.”

During the workshop, Drexel and Curtis will discuss how application tracking systems operate, and explain the steps students can take to best position themselves to move to the next step in the application process. Students will also learn ways to create traction in the overall application process. The virtual workshop will conclude with a Q&A.

This event is relevant for all class years, including graduate students, and satisfies a Dolan PDS level two requirement. Students can register at Life@Fairfield.
