The Fairfield University Downtown Bookstore will welcome shoppers with discounts, refreshments, and entertainment, during the town's annual Holiday Shop & Stroll event, next week.
The ninth annual Fairfield Holiday Shop & Stroll event will take place in town from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9. The event is co-sponsored by the Town of Fairfield and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. The Fairfield University Downtown Bookstore will be participating, offering seasonal refreshments and featuring the University's all-female a capella group, Sweet Harmony. All retail items that feature the Legacy F-Stag logo will be marked down half-price. In addition to store sales, there will be music and an ice sculpting demonstration on the Sherman Green.
