Fairfield Athletics and Bricoleur Vineyards will partner to host a Virtual Kitchen and Wine Tasting for Stags on November 14 at 8 p.m.
Fairfield alumni, parents, and friends are invited to join a private virtual cooking and wine tasting experience hosted by Fairfield Athletics and Bricoleur Vineyards. This evening of dinner and drinks among friends will be held on Saturday, November 14 at 8 p.m., and will include an exclusive wine tasting with Bricoleur’s Tasting Room Director, followed by a cooking class with Executive Chef Shane McAnelly. In addition to fellow Stags fans, Paul Schlickmann, director of athletics, Andrew Baxter, men’s lacrosse head coach, Laura Field, women’s lacrosse head coach, Jay Young, men’s basketball head coach, and Jackie Kane, field hockey head coach, will also be in attendance for some dinner and conversation.
To ensure all event guests have a great experience, it is suggested that registration be completed on or before November 2 to receive all items needed to participate. Registrants will be able to customize their virtual dining experience by purchasing a wine bundle from Bricoleur Vineyards’ collection, and will then be sent their wine and ingredient list for what will be needed for dinner prep. Guests can then log into the Virtual Kitchen Zoom event at 8 p.m. on Nov. 14 for what will be the perfect night in among new and old friends.
Participants are guaranteed a delicious home-cooked meal, while a portion of their purchase will be donated to Friends of Fairfield Athletics to enhance the student-athlete experience.
