The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Town of Fairfield, will be co-hosting the 6th annual Fairfield Health & Fitness Expo, on Saturday, March 14, at Fairfield University’s RecPlex. The wellness event is free and open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and will feature an array of exhibitors and fun for all ages!

Fitness demos from Peloton, InSports Centers and ilovekickboxing.com, and free blood pressure and glucose screenings, stress assessments and chiropractic evaluation, are among the highlights. CPR, AED and “Stop the Bleed” training will also be offered throughout the day.

The Fairfield Police and Health Department in partnership with Cares Community Coalition, will be operating a prescription take back program. Senior living options, care, mobility and accessibility information, and a virtual reality dementia simulation will be featured.

Attendees can tap into their creative side with crafts provided by AR Workshop, and face painting will be available for the kids!
