FAirfield University Career Fair

Learn about job and internship possibilities at the Spring Career and Internship Fair.

The annual Spring Career and Internship Fair will be held this Wednesday, February 26 from 12 until 3 p.m. in the RecPlex. This is your chance to meet employers, practice networking, and learn about a wide range of internship and employment opportunities available to Fairfield University students. If you are a Stag student, don't miss out on this very popular event, which is open to all undergraduate and graduate students. All majors are encouraged to attend from the College of Arts & Sciences, Dolan School of Business, and School of Engineering.

More than 100 representatives from organizations in accounting, finance, marketing, engineering, medical/health, consumer products, graduate programs, and non-profits will be present, including Amazon, Deloitte, Daversa Partners, Epsilon, Ernst & Young, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Gartner, GKN Aerospace, Peace Corps, PwC, Xerox, and more!

Here are a few tips for students planning to attend:

  • Dress for success.
  • Bring extra resume copies.
  • Identify and research companies of interest and prepare questions in advance.
  • Develop an elevator pitch for when someone says, “Tell me about yourself.”
  • Plan to follow up with employers after the Career and Internship Fair.
