Fairfield University lacrosse is set to open the 2020 season beginning this weekend on Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium. Fairfield women’s lacrosse – the reigning back-to-back MAAC Champion – went 15-4 overall last spring en route to their second consecutive conference crown and NCAA postseason appearance. The Stags earned a share of first place in the 2020 MAAC Preseason Coaches’ Poll with two student-athletes – midfielder Kelly Horning ’21 and defender Maggie Reynolds ’21 – landing on the Preseason All-MAAC Team.

Admission is free for all fans to all seven Fairfield women’s lacrosse home games this season.

Ready to begin a new era led by first-year head coach Andrew Baxter, Fairfield men’s lacrosse hosts Stony Brook on Feb. 15 to begin a 2020 schedule that includes five squads that are either ranked or receiving votes in the most recent national poll. Coming off a historic offensive campaign in which he tallied 65 points, Dylan Beckwith ’21 was selected as a Preseason All-CAA honoree as an attackman.

Tickets for all seven Fairfield men’s lacrosse home games are on sale now at FairfieldStags.com/TIX. Admission is free for Fairfield students, faculty and staff with a StagCard.
