Stags Tip Off With Dartmouth at 2 p.m.

After a three-game road swing to begin the 2019-20 campaign, Fairfield Women’s Basketball opens the home portion of the schedule this Sunday, Nov. 17, with a visit from Dartmouth. Tip-off from George Bisacca Court at Alumni Hall is slated for 2 p.m.

Tickets for Sunday’s game are available at FairfieldStags.com/TIX. Admission is free for Fairfield students, faculty, and staff to all regular season home games in all sports.

The afternoon tilt is also a Lil’ Stags Bring-a-Friend Day. All members of the Lil’ Stags Club will receive free youth admission for themselves and for a friend. Stags fans in eighth grade and younger (per NCAA regulations) can sign up for the Lil’ Stags Club to receive exclusive benefits, including game admission, giveaways, and more.

Fairfield comes home to Alumni Hall following its first win of the young season. The Stags erased a nine-point deficit in the fourth quarter at LIU on Wednesday night, punctuated by a jumper from Lou Lopez-Senechal ’22 with less than one second remaining, to earn a 53-51 victory. Callie Cavanaugh ’21 led the Fairfield offense with 17 points, while Lopez-Senechal and Sam Kramer ’20 each netted 13.

Sunday’s outing is the first of three upcoming home games for the Stags. Following a Dec. 1 trip to Rhode Island, Fairfield returns to George Bisacca Court at Alumni Hall to host Navy on Wednesday, Dec. 4 and Hofstra on Saturday, Dec. 7.
