Fairfield Alumni are Close to Achieving a 20 Percent Participation Rate

Fairfield University Students, Jennings Beach, Stags

With Fairfield’s fiscal year ending on June 30, it is a great time for alumni, parents, and friends to be a part of this historic time at the University.

This is a historic time for Fairfield: the University had its largest applicant pool ever this year, and when it comes to support, Fairfield is also experiencing its highest rate of alumni, parents, and friends participation in recent history.

With the fiscal year ending on Sunday, June 30, there is no better time for the Fairfield community to be counted and to make a difference in the lives of today’s students.

The world needs Fairfield alumni more than ever. The University creates scholars and leaders who are for others, and strives to provide students with innovative resources and transformational experiences to discover their passions and achieve success.

Fairfield is very close to achieving a 20 percent participation rate – the rate of alumni who support their alma mater – for the first time in many years. This measure is a factor used by many publications to determine universities’ national rankings. Thanks in part to the Stag community’s generosity, Fairfield is ranked number one in the Northern Region by U.S. News and World Report, and also earned a spot on Money magazine's list of Top 10 Most Transformative Colleges. No matter the size, every gift helps Fairfield continue its legacy of modern excellence.
