Alumni & Family Weekend

October 15 – 17, 2021

Alumni & Family Weekend

This year’s annual Alumni & Family Weekend will take place October 15 – 17.

Come see for yourself. Reconnect. Enjoy. Network.

Alumni & Family Weekend is a Fairfield tradition that offers a variety of fun activities and special events for students, alumni, and families alike for one weekend every fall. It is an excellent opportunity for family members to check in with their students and explore both the Fairfield University campus and the town of Fairfield. We welcome all alumni to reconnect with the University community and learn more about the amazing improvements that are taking place all over campus. Some of the weekend highlights will include StagFest Food Truck Festival, Athletic events, sessions with student services, Glee Club Concert, The Great DuBois Circus Show, family Masses.

Please note: masks are required for entry into all Fairfield University indoor facilities, regardless of vaccination status. Fairfield University is requiring all visitors to be vaccinated or be able to provide proof of a negative PCR test or antigen test within 72 hours of their first on-campus event. No at home tests will be accepted.

Visitors are asked to refrain from coming to campus if they are experiencing any of the following Covid-related symptoms: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

Students living on campus are not permitted to host non-student visitors in any University housing.

Fairfield University reserves the right, at any time, to implement new guidelines for University-sponsored events and to postpone and/or cancel events if current conditions dictate that such action is needed.

Please refer to our Covid-19 resource page for the latest campus policies and FAQs.

Alumni & Family Weekend is not a fundraiser for the University. We make every effort to contain costs as much as possible to accommodate all budgets without compromising the activities we offer and the experience of our guests.

This is our annual Alumni & Family Weekend festival which has something to offer for the entire family. There are a variety of food vendors, a wine + beer garden, the Lil’ Stags Zone, a Stags Pep Rally, photo booth, and live band entertainment featuring “The Adults.” This festival is free and open to guests of all ages, with vouchers required only for the food vendors and wine + beer garden. All guests will have access to complimentary water, with additional non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. To ensure we are in compliance with all Covid-19 regulations, StagFest sales will be limited to the first 1,000 orders.
