How can I contact my classmates?

Easily! Join the Online Community and search our online alumni directory. Search by class, hometown, major, name, and more. You can get back in touch with not only your classmates, but ALL Fairfield alumni. Are you not a Fairfield graduate but looking to get in touch with someone who is? E-mail us at alumni@fairfield.edu with the name of who you wish to connect with and your contact information and we will do our best to facilitate a connection by forwarding your information. 

How can I obtain my Online Community username and/or password?

Are you already a member of the Online Community, but forgot and/or misplaced your log-in information? Submit a request online or e-mail communityhelp@fairfield.edu and someone will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

How do I request copies of my Transcripts/verify my Degree?

All official transcript requests, replacement degrees, and/or requests for degree verification must go through the University Registrar. You can order transcripts online or request one in-person at the Registrar's Office in the Aloysius P. Kelley S.J. Center on campus. Enrollment Verification Forms are also available online. You can order a diploma replacement online through the University Registrar's Office for $25. Visit www.fairfield.edu/registar for more information. 

Are there Career Resources available exclusively to Alumni?

Throughout the year, Alumni are invited to attend special workshops, networking events, and career-related events across the country. A full schedule of events can be found online. A monthly Webinar series focused on career-related topics is also offered and archives of past Webinars are available for viewing. How can I contribute to my future Stag's education?

Fairfield is a member of the Independent 529 (I-529) Plan! It's the only plan that lets you prepay tuition for exclusive use at private colleges. Fairfield University is one of more than 250 private colleges and universities that participate and more are joining all the time. Each member college offers an extra discount, so you can lock in future tuition at less than today's price. Just imagine the savings over 5, 10, or 15 years. How do I get Stag Sports schedules?

Full schedules for all Stag Athletics as well as information on all of our teams is available online by visiting Fairfield Athletics Online at www.fairfieldstags.com.

How do I get tickets to Fairfield athletic events?

You can purchase tickets for men's and women's basketball, lacrosse, and soccer online via our Online Ticket Office or call the Fairfield University Athletic Ticket Office directly at (203) 254-4136 to find out more information and/or about tickets for our other varsity sports.

Is there an Alumni Discount for the Quick Center?

Yes! As an alumnus/a of Fairfield, you can benefit from a special alumni discount - 15% off upcoming shows at the Regina A. Quick Center on Fairfield's campus! Please note that this offer is not eligible on subscriptions, Open VISIONS Forum, The Met: Live in HD, and National Theatre Live events. For a full schedule of upcoming events and access to the online Box Office, visit www.fairfield.edu/quickcenter. You can call the Box Office directly at (203) 254-4010 to receive your discount.

Where can I find a list of my deceased classmates?

Members of the Online Community can view the In Memoriam page which lists deceased alumni by class. If you know of a classmate not listed, please e-mail us at alumni@fairfield.edu

How can I purchase a yearbook?

If you are interested in purchasing a yearbook, please call the Office of University Activities at (203) 254-4000, ext. 2377. Unwanted yearbooks may be donated to the Office of Alumni Relations. Yearbooks for the most recent graduate class are mailed in late fall.

How can I join the Stags Club?

Season Membership to the Stags Club is available for Season Ticket Holders for $130. Membership includes a pregame meal prior to every men's basketball game at Webster Bank Arena and Alumni Hall. For more information, contact Helen Smaldone at hsmaldone@fairfield.edu or purchase your membership online.  

How can I join the Lil' Stags Club?

Membership to the Lil' Stags Club is $20 and includes FREE regular season youth admission to all home games on campus for men's/women's soccer and lacrosse, volleyball, field hockey, women's basketball, men's basketball at Alumni Hall, baseball, and softball. Members also receive a t-shirt, drawstring bag, invitation to Lil' Stags Club Days,  and tickets to select Men's Basketball games at Webster Bank Arena.  Membership is available to those entering 8th grade and younger in the fall of 2019 (per NCAA rules). How can I host a private event at Fairfield?

Certain buildings/rooms/spaces on campus are available for rent by outside individuals/groups/organizations. For more information on options, availability and pricing, call the Office of Conference and Events Management at (203) 254-4000 ext. 2371.  

How can I have my wedding at Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola?

If you are interested in getting married on campus, please call the Office of Campus Ministry at (203) 254-4000 ext. 2550 for information on schedules/chapel availability. 

I am getting married! Can I get a Fairfield Banner for my photos?

Requests for "Once A Stag, ALWAYS A Stag" banners can be submitted to the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@fairfield.edu. Please include the names of the couple, class year(s), date of the wedding, and preferred mailing address. Please note: Banners are sent via regular USPS so please give time for shipping.  

How can I submit a Class Note for Fairfield Magazine?

Career updates as well as birth and marriage announcements can be submitted for inclusion in Fairfield Magazine by emailing alumni@fairfield.edu or by submitting notes online through the Online Community. If you are including a photo, please be sure it is high resolution (1-2MB) to be considered for print. Please note: photos included are subject to space and editor discretion.
