Live on the Lawn, a free summer concert June 27

Bring your friends, the whole family, good food and comfortable lawn chairs to Live on the Lawn, an outdoor concert on the DiMenna-Nyselius Library lawn on Saturday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m. The concert, presented by the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts, is to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the on-campus arts center. The Alternate Routes, a band formed by Fairfield University alumni, is the evening’s headlining act.

Water, water, everywhere…especially at Fairfield University

The Water Focus is in full swing at Fairfield and well into its second semester of exploration both in and outside the classroom, with a full spectrum of classes and events that challenge and intrigue. With more than 70 percent of the earth’s surface covered by water, students, faculty, and staff, have had plenty of opportunities to explore the issue through practically every discipline across campus.

Eric Salgado '14 - Rangel Fellow

As a 2015 recipient of the prestigious Charles B. Rangel Fellowship, Eric Salgado’s dream of graduate school and becoming a diplomat is now a reality. The Class of 2014 graduated will be attending the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University this fall.
