The 2015 Fairfield Athletics Hall of Fame Golf Outing presented by USI Insurance Services on May 11th includes lunch, a day of golf, and concludes with the Hall of Fame induction ceremony dinner. Fundraiser to benefit Fairfield Athletics Sports Performance and Fairfield Rugby Club Sports Performance.

Interfaith Vigil for Victims of Nepal Earthquake

In the aftermath of Nepal’s devastating earthquake, an interfaith vigil service will be held this Sunday, May 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the plaza in front of Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola on the Fairfield University campus. Members of the Nepalese community from Stamford, Connecticut will join students, faculty, staff and community members to show solidarity, strength and send prayers to those affected in Nepal.

Fairfield U downtown bookstore kicks off National Children's Book Week

On Saturday, May 2, the Fairfield Universty Bookstore in downtown Fairfield will host a kickoff event for National Children's Book Week. Three of Westport, Connecticut's accomplished children's book authors will discuss their writing styles, read from their books and answer questions from eager young readers and writers. The event will run from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Cycle with the Stags this summer

The minor in health studies will provide students with the opportunity to learn more about the complex issues related to the current and future environment of contemporary healthcare.

Water, water, everywhere…especially at Fairfield University

The Water Focus is in full swing at Fairfield and well into its second semester of exploration both in and outside the classroom, with a full spectrum of classes and events that challenge and intrigue. With more than 70 percent of the earth’s surface covered by water, students, faculty, and staff, have had plenty of opportunities to explore the issue through practically every discipline across campus.
