Q+A

Why did you choose to attend Fairfield University?

I chose to attend Fairfield University because of the immediate sense of belonging I felt the first time I stepped on campus. From that initial visit, it was clear that Fairfield was a place where I could grow both personally and professionally. That feeling was quickly reinforced once I arrived as a freshman. Fairfield provided me with the opportunity to develop academically within the Dolan School of Business, compete at a high level on the golf course, and engage meaningfully in campus life through clubs and organizations like student government. It was an environment that challenged and supported me in equal measure.

How are you involved with the University now?

It is my honor to remain actively engaged with Fairfield in a number of ways. I currently serve on the Hall of Fame Committee and am a member of the Men’s Golf Monarch Program, which I have been involved with since 2019. I also make it a priority to attend athletic events, particularly golf and basketball. Given the impact Fairfield had on my development, it is important to me to stay connected and continue contributing to the University community.

What inspires you to stay involved with the University?

My experience at Fairfield was truly exceptional, and I am deeply grateful to the University, the Athletic Department, and the alumni and donors whose support made it possible. That gratitude is what motivates me to remain involved. I recognize that the opportunities I had were made possible by those who invested in the institution before me, and I feel a responsibility to help carry that forward.

How do you hope your support will impact the future of Fairfield University?

I hope that my support, along with that of fellow alumni, helps ensure that future generations of Fairfield students have access to the same, or even greater, opportunities that I was fortunate to experience. Continued alumni engagement plays a critical role in sustaining the strength and trajectory of the University, and I am proud to contribute in any way I can.

Any advice for fellow Fairfield Athletics alumni and friends about how to stay involved?

I would encourage fellow Fairfield Athletics alumni to reflect on the impact the University had on their lives and to recognize the role that alumni support plays in sustaining that experience. Staying involved does not require a significant commitment, it can be as simple as reconnecting with former coaches, attending events, or offering support to programs. I have been fortunate to maintain a strong relationship with Coach Holub, and those connections have made my continued involvement especially meaningful. Giving back helps ensure the continued success of Fairfield Athletics and the student athletes who represent the University.
