Climbing six spots from last year, Fairfield University’s online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program within the Charles F. Dolan School of Business is currently ranked #17 nationwide among the best online MBA programs in the U.S. by Poets & Quants.
Poet & Quants’ rankings are based on the career outcomes, admission standards, and academic quality of U.S. business schools. Fairfield Dolan further distinguished itself with a #7 ranking in admission and #23 ranking in career outcomes.
“Ranking #17 [overall] by Poets & Quants is particularly meaningful because it heavily weights student outcomes and real-world academic experience,” said Fairfield Dolan Dean Zhan Li, DBA.
The Dolan School’s top-10 placement for admission reflects the Poets & Quants methodology, which places greater weight on applicants’ professional experience than on traditional academic indicators such as undergraduate GPA and standardized test scores.
Fairfield Dolan’s online MBA program also shares a top ranking for its online MBA graduation rate of 100 percent, according to Poets & Quants—an indicator of strong student success and retention.
