Madison Governale ’26 and Paige Governale ’27 made their national television debut on the Fox & Friends morning news and talk program's Young Entrepreneurs segment on Wednesday, July 23.

The Governale sisters are co-founders of the beach-lifestyle apparel brand, Wave Creations. The opportunity to showcase their products live on Fox &  Friends was made possible by Madison's classmate, Sophia Haber Brock ’26, a current intern for the  show, who pitched the sisters’ strong entrepreneurial spirit and thriving brand for the Young Entrepreneurs segment.

“Their business is exactly what my producers were looking for,” Haber Brock said. "They are such inspiring, creative, and hard-working young business owners. Their success is well-deserved and makes me so happy as fellow Stag.”

While Haber Brock's contributions as an intern have been mostly behind-the-scenes, she too enjoyed a recent moment in front of the Fox & Friends cameras when she was invited to deliver the daily weather report.

Madison Governale ’26 and Paige Governale ’27 were able to formally present and showcase their brand, Wave Creations, to a national audience on live television.

A highlight of Sophia Haber Brock's internship at Fox & Friends was giving the morning's weather report.

Just as Haber Brock is making her mark in the journalism space, the Governale sisters are continuing to develop and market their brand. In 2024, they were awarded $12,500 in seed funding and first place in Fairfield University’s annual Start Up Showcase, a Shark Tank-style competition. Last March, they also had the opportunity to travel to the hub of entrepreneurship—Silicon Valley, through Fairfield Dolan’s Silicon Valley Immersion program.

“Fairfield has been a great support in helping us grow Wave Creations as well as ourselves personally and professionally,” said Paige.
