How To Order A Transcript
Transcripts are housed in the Office of the Registrar for all schools since their inception. This includes the former Graduate School of Corporate and Political Communication, which closed in 1990, the former University College, which closed in 2012, and the former Bridgeport Engineering Institute, which was acquired by Fairfield University in 1994 to become our School of Engineering.
Ordering Transcripts
Fairfield University transcripts are ordered online via Parchment.
You have the option to request paper (mailed) or electronic (emailed) official transcripts. The Parchment site guides you through creating your account, the ordering process, and delivery options and fees. Your signed consent is required to fulfill your transcript order. Order updates are emailed, and you can check your order status online. Transcript orders will not be processed if there are certain holds, such as financial, on your Fairfield University account.
“Walk in” and mail ordering of transcripts is no longer offered. ALL orders must go through the Parchment website.
Unofficial Transcripts
Current students can access their unofficial transcripts for personal use only by logging into my.Fairfield. For any other use, please request an official transcript from the Parchment site.
