FAIRFIELD, Conn. (February 23, 2016) — Shakespeare’s comedy of love and transformation As You Like It comes to the National Theatre for the first time in over 30 years, with Rosalie Craig ( London Road, Macbeth at MIF) as Rosalind. As You Like It will be broadcast live to Fairfield University’s Quick Center for the Arts by the National Theatre Live on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 2 & 7 p.m.

Tickets are $25, $20 for seniors, $10 for children/students and $5 for Fairfield University students. For tickets, visit http://www.quickcenter.com or call the box office at 203-254-4010 or toll free at 1-877-ARTS-396.

With her father, the Duke, banished and in exile, Rosalind and her cousin Celia leave their lives in the court behind them to live in the forest. Released from social convention, Rosalind conceals her identity by posing as a man, and through the freedom this gives her experiences the liberating rush of transformation, falling spectacularly in love.

Now in its sixth season, NT Live delivers HD broadcasts of stage performances captured live at London’s National Theatre, as well as insider footage and interviews.
