On Monday, October 27, 2014 at 7 p.m., Jim Marquis, president of Danbury, Conn.-based KimchuK, Inc., will give a free and public talk at Fairfield University's DiMenna-Nyselius Library (Room 101) on the subject: "First Class Prototype Resources."

The event is co-sponsored by Fairfield University's School of Engineering and the Charles F. Dolan School of Business, in collaboration with the Inventors Association of Connecticut. It is part of a free series of talks at Fairfield for entrepreneurs and inventors.

Marquis, who has more than 35 patents, helms KimchuK, a high tech, high product mix electronics firm that specializes in prototype design and development. He'll elaborate on how engineering design and electronic contract manufacturing services are vital to inventors and entrepreneurs. His presentation will include a brief description of the KimchuK organization and the facilities in its Danbury headquarters, with descriptions of three case histories of products that the company has manufactured for clients.
