Fairfield University offers weeklong summer program

Image: Students Adults interested in taking thought-provoking classes can spend a week in June learning from some of the region's most dynamic professors through a special program being offered at Fairfield University.

Fairfield's Learning for a Lifetime program offers a five-day summer program running from Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 7, 2013, which is designed to engage adults who know learning continues long after traditional schooling ends. Each day features three lectures on a range of subjects from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with no homework or exams. This summer's topics are:

Participants are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch Monday through Thursday. Coffee, tea and dessert will be provided. A buffet lunch on Friday is included in the tuition.
