Open spaces available for Missoula Children's Theatre program July 6-10

Image: King Arthur What: Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts announces a limited number of openings for Missoula Children's Theatre, King Arthur's Quest (Session A), Monday-Friday, July 6-10.

Young people in grades 1-12 will be accepted for a limited number of openings in the week of July 6-10 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tuition for this popular and enriching summer theater program is $275.00.

Monday morning begins at 9:45 a.m. with general auditions. By noon all roles are cast and after the customary half-hour lunch break, those cast in leading roles rehearse from 12:30-2:30 p.m. When not rehearsing the show, students participate in workshops that include arts and crafts projects, improvisation, theater and vocal and movement workshops. Tuesday through Thursday, 9:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., two 2-hour rehearsal sessions and various workshops continue with a half-hour lunch break. Friday, beginning at 1:45 p.m., is reserved for final rehearsals and dress rehearsal with a half-hour dinner break and performance at 7:30 p.m. in the Kelley Theatre.
