One-day Workshop on "Change Management: Stress and Resilience"

Description
Designed to assist participants in understanding change and dealing with its impact, this one-day program uses case discussions, practice exercises, feedback and action planning to develop skills in:

Applying best practices for managing change
Identifying the crisis stages people experience in the change process
Clarifying the relationship between change and different types of stress
Stress-reducing and resilience-boosting techniques
Communicating effectively during change
Identifying common ways people resist change and how to deal with them

Dr. Paul Maloney is a visiting assistant professor in industrial and organizational psychology at GSEAP. His career includes senior management and development positions at NBC, Mobil Oil Corporation and PepsiCo International and he has consulted worldwide for American Airlines, Covidien, GE, Schering-Plough, Kodak and many other organizations. His specialties include change management, communications, executive feedback and coaching and presentation skills. He received his doctorate from the University of Virginia.
