The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts has announced its 2026-27 season! From lively music and powerful dance performances to informative lectures and delightful circus, the 36th season bursts with world-class performances, riveting speakers, and unforgettable artistic experiences that inspire and connect.
Lectures
The popular Philip I. Eliasoph Open VISIONS Forum lecture series will feature engaging and informative dialogues with thought leaders and changemakers from around the globe, including: Ambassador Deborah Lipstadt (Sept. 10); author and academic Arthur C. Brooks (Sept. 29); ethicist Kwame Anthony Appiah, PhD (Oct. 6); political commentators Molly Jong-Fast and Guy Benson (Oct. 21); and author and professor of history Walter Isaacson (March 22).
The Eliasoph OVF: Espresso lecture series will welcome author and art historian Kate Belli, PhD (Sept. 23); professor of music and music history Lucy Hallman Russell (Nov. 2); former FBI special agent Holden Triplett (Jan. 25); historian Andrew M. Davenport, PhD (Feb. 2); social media influencers Amy Guzzi, Sunny Sherman, and Andrea Pion Pierre (Feb. 9); and medical illustrator and pioneering 3D digital animator David Bolinsky (March 30).
Theatre & Opera Offerings
Share creative experiences live on stage as well as screened from the Metropolitan Opera and the National Theatre in London, including: Why Not Theatre’s What You Won’t Do for Love (Sept. 28) and Ain Gordon and Josh Quillen’s Relics and Their Humans (Nov. 13-14); The Met: Live in HD titles Mozart’s Così fan tutte (Oct. 3), Verdi’s Macbeth (Oct. 17), and a special celebration of 20 Years of the Met in Cinemas (Nov. 8); and National Theatre Live titles Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Oct. 13), The Misanthrope (Nov. 9), and more.
Circus, Music, & Dance
The Quick Center’s popular circus shows will continue this season with top American and international artists like Cirque Alfonse (La Noce d’Alfonse, Sept. 27), CIRCA (Jan. 29), and Minty Fresh Circus (Feb. 27).
Additional family-oriented productions that will take to the Quick stage are tutti frutti’s The Boy Who Cried Wolf (Feb. 7) and DIG UP! A Dinosaur Expedition by STEMmersive (March 6).
The LaCroix Music Series will feature performances by Mariachi Herencia de México
(La Nueva Generación, Oct. 16), Castle of our Skins (Sacred Transcendence, Oct. 18), Sunny Jain (Love Force, Nov. 5), Mark O’Connor (An Appalachian Christmas featuring Maggie O’Connor, Dec. 6), and more.
Dance performances include Compagnie Hervé KOUBI’s Sol Invictus (Nov. 18), Limón Dance Company (Feb. 3), and Soles of Duende’s The Kitchen (Feb. 19).
