Why did you choose to attend Fairfield University?
I chose to attend Fairfield University for three reasons: its winning culture in baseball, the strength of its business school, and the vibrant social scene. Looking back, Fairfield was an incredible place to grow both personally and professionally. It provided the environment to challenge myself, enjoy meaningful experiences, and prepare for life beyond college. The strong alumni network and career development resources played a key role in helping me transition into the working world, and I’m grateful for the connections and opportunities that helped me launch my career in finance after graduation.
How are you involved with the University now?
I remain actively involved with Fairfield University as the president of the Fairfield Baseball Alumni Association. In this role, I help lead initiatives that strengthen alumni engagement and support the continued success of the baseball program. I work closely with University staff and fellow alumni to promote our annual giving campaigns, which directly benefit student-athletes and program development. I also assist in organizing campus events that bring alumni back to Fairfield, fostering a strong sense of community and connection. Additionally, I contribute to broader alumni relations efforts, helping graduates stay connected and engaged with the University. Holding this position has been a rewarding way to give back to a place that shaped my personal and professional journey, and I’m proud to help ensure future generations of Stags have the same opportunities I did.
What inspires you to stay involved with the University?
What inspires me to stay involved with Fairfield University is the remarkable momentum and transformation the institution has achieved in recent years. From increasingly competitive enrollment to exciting campus enhancements, Fairfield is rapidly emerging as one of the premier universities in the Northeast. It’s been incredible to witness this evolution firsthand—whether through new facilities, strategic academic investments, or the growing national recognition of its programs. As an alumnus, it’s a privilege to remain connected during such a dynamic time.
How do you hope your support will impact the future of Fairfield University?
I hope my continued support encourages more alumni to stay engaged and give back to the program that helped shape their college experience and prepare them for the professional world. As president of the Fairfield Baseball Alumni Association, I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is when former players return to support current student-athletes—whether through mentorship, fundraising, or simply showing up. My goal is to help foster a culture where alumni feel proud to stay involved and contribute to the program’s growth. I also hope today’s players have an even better experience than I did—though that will be tough to beat!
Any advice for fellow Fairfield Athletics alumni and friends about how to stay involved?
My advice to fellow Fairfield Athletics alumni and friends is simple: reach out and get involved—we can always use your support. Whether it’s helping with alumni outreach, attending events, or contributing to our annual campaigns, every bit of engagement makes a difference. We understand that everyone’s schedule is busy, and we’re happy to work with your availability and take as much time as you're willing to give. Financial contributions are certainly important to help us operate and grow the program, but for those who aren’t in a position to donate right now, simply showing up and being present at events is just as valuable.
