- 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Aloysius P. Kelley, S.J. Center (for those not attending the Luncheon)

Parking: Guests may park in any available lot as well as the parking garage on campus throughout the weekend, except for the Bellarmine Hall upper lots on Saturday evening. Please take care to park only in valid parking spots. Accessible parking for the Friday Night Welcome Dinner is available in the parking garage. It is also available in the Dolan School of Business lot for the Golden Stags Induction Luncheon. Golf carts will be making loops to shuttle guests attending the President’s Circle Reception from Mahoney Arena to the School of Business prior to lunch. If you need accessible parking for the Bellarmine Dinner Dance and have not already communicated this via your registration form, please notify the Alumni Engagement team ASAP at 203-254-4280.
On-Campus Housing: All 50th Reunion guests staying on campus will be housed in Langguth Hall. Langguth Hall is suite-style living with air conditioning and a bathroom in each suite. While we do provide basic amenities (basic linens, towel, blanket, and pillow) guests are encouraged to bring along other items they may desire (ex: alarm clock, hangers, personal toiletries, additional blanket, etc.). There is a parking lot adjacent to Langguth Hall.
Please note: You may be sharing a suite with another couple. In these instances, you will be sharing a 4-bedroom, 8-person suite (2 beds per room) and will each have your own bathroom. There is one bathroom for every two bedrooms. This may also go for single “stag” attendees. If you are sharing a suite with another single attendee, they will be of the same gender and you will have your own bedroom.
Attire: We encourage all attendees to dress comfortably and for the weather. All activities will take place rain or shine, so please plan accordingly.
- Class of 1975 Welcome Dinner: School spirited attired and jeans are also welcome. Event is indoors and climate controlled.
- Golden Stags Induction Luncheon: "Country Club Casual.” You will have the opportunity to have your photo taken with President Nemec. Ties are not required, but gentlemen may wish to wear a sport jacket. Typically attendees do not wear jeans. Event is indoors and climate controlled.
- Bellarmine Dinner Dance: Springtime evening cocktail/"summer wedding" attire is recommended. As it can get cool at night, we recommend a jacket, sweater, or wrap and moderate heels or flats that are easy to walk in on grass. Typically attendees do not wear jeans. Event is outside under the tent on Bellarmine Lawn, rain or shine. While the tent does have sidewalls, we encourage you to bring umbrellas and raincoats/ponchos in case of rain showers while walking to/from Bellarmine Lawn and to/from the restrooms, which are located outside the tent.
- Please note that drink ticket sales at the Bellarmine Dinner Dance are available via cash or credit card. For a quicker transaction, we recommend cash. An ATM is available in the Dolan School of Business and the Barone Campus Center.
