    The Fairfield Dolan Dean's Executive Forum series engages thought leaders and distinguished executives to discuss issues that have profound impacts on business and/or society.

    Dolan 30 Under 30

    Fairfield Dolan's 30 Under 30 program recognizes exceptional undergraduate and graduate business students for their academic and extracurricular commitments and achievements. Honorees are recognized at the annual Fairfield Dolan Awards Ceremony, introduced to the Dolan Board and Advisory Council members, and more.

    The Fairfield StartUp Showcase is an annual celebration of entrepreneurship where select student startup teams deliver their pitches to a panel of investors for seed money.

Dolan Career Development Events & Workshops

The Dolan Career Development Center hosts signature workshops and events throughout the year as part of the Dolan Professional Development Series (PDS) program. These events allow students to network with professionals and alumni, as well as to hone in on specific skills and professional interests.

Dolan Distinguished Students Program

The Dolan Distinguished Students Program recognizes high-achieving students at each stage of their academic career with specific academic benchmarks and honors.

First-year students must earn a minimum 3.5 GPA to qualify, receiving a Dean’s List Certificate from the university and recognition at the Dean’s List Reception hosted by Dolan. Sophomores and juniors must rank in the top 10% of their class and earn placement on the Dean’s List; sophomores are recognized with a Dolan Pin, while juniors receive recognition through Beta Gamma Sigma. Seniors must graduate with a minimum cumulative 3.85 GPA to be eligible and are honored with a Dean’s List Certificate, Summa Cum Laude distinction, recognition in the commencement book, and a Dolan Pin. Additionally, seniors who achieve the Dean’s List for seven semesters receive a special certificate from Dolan.
