Learn to "Laugh More, Live Longer" with Steve Sobel at Fairfield University

Dr. Steve Sobel, nationally recognized motivator, humorist and author, will present "Laugh More, Live Longer," a free lecture presented by University College at Fairfield University, on Thursday, November 6. The lecture will begin at 2 p.m. and take place on the campus at Fairfield University. It is presented in conjunction with St. Vincent's Medical Center and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

"This presentation is guaranteed to inspire enthusiasm and reduce stress," said Dr. Sobel, who is based in Longmeadow, Mass. The presentation will offer "insights and strategies on how not to make 'mountains out of molehills,' how to laugh at one's imperfections, and how to positively influence people to build stronger and better relationships," he said.

Dr. Sobel is the author of "The Good Times Handbook - Your Guide to Positive Living and an Exciting Life," as well as numerous audio and video programs. Dr. Sobel has spoken at Harvard University, Dartmouth College and many other organizations and institutions and he has appeared on "Inside Edition."
