"Peter Pan" opens Young Audience series at Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts

"Peter Pan" will fly into Neverland with Wendy and her brothers on Sunday, Oct. 1, at 1 and 3 p.m., in Fairfield University's Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. This is the first production of the year of the Quick Center's Young Audience Series and is appropriate for kindergartners through Grade 6.

Staged by Theatreworks/USA, "Peter Pan" is based on J. M. Barrie's story of the boy who wouldn't grow up Pan" will fly into Neverland with Wendy and her brothers on Sunday, Oct. 1, at 1 and 3 p.m., in Fairfield University's Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. This is the first production of the year of the Quick Center's Young Audience Series and is appropriate and takes you on a journey you'll never forget. Join Wendy and her brothers, Michael and John, as they learn to have fun using the power of imagination and help Peter to defeat his nemesis, Captain Hook.

Located in New York City, Theaterworks/USA has been entertaining audiences since 1961. The troupe, the recipient of numerous awards which has helped launch the careers of such noted actors as Danny Glover, Henry Winkler and Susan Egan of Broadway's "Beauty and the Beast," promises to bring you an exciting tale full of wonder and adventure.

Subscriptions for the Young Audience Series of six productions are $48 for adults; $36 for children. Discounts are available for birthday parties.
