"The Prodigal" by Danny Magee, which debuted as a reading at Fairfield University's Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts during the March 2000 Irish Festival, will be produced in London as a full-length play, according to Tom Zingarelli, director of the Quick Center.

Zingarelli said that SoHo Productions in London will produce the play in the fall of 2001 and it will be directed by Michael Lattimer who is well-known on the London theater scene. In addition, negotiations are currently under way with the Quick Center to do a co-production here in the United States within the next eighteen months.
