Stags Fans Are Invited to Join Fairfield Men’s Basketball at Holy Cross, Nov. 12

Join President Mark R. Nemec, PhD and Director of Athletics Paul Schlickmann for a pre-game reception to support the men’s basketball team before they play Holy Cross.

The Fairfield men’s basketball team will play Holy Cross on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:05 p.m., and the Stag community is invited to join the fun in Massachusetts and show some Stag spirit. Prior to the game, there will be a reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Holy Cross Hogan Center. This reception is a great opportunity to meet and connect with President Mark R. Nemec, PhD and Director of Athletics Paul Schlickmann, and help give the men’s basketball team some positive energy before they take the court!

With new Head Coach Jay Young at the helm of Fairfield Men’s Basketball, Stags fans are excited about the  2019-20 season, and rightfully so. Coach Young has spent the past six months preparing the team for a successful campaign. The Holy Cross match-up will be the first of a long stretch of away games until December for the Stags, and the Fairfield community is invited to join the team in Massachusetts to keep the men’s team motivated. What better way to help the Stags rack up those points than to cheer them on as they go head-to-head with the Crusaders?

Registration for the reception is complimentary with a suggested $25 donation to support Fairfield Varsity Athletics. Registration includes an open bar, buffet dinner, and admission to the game. For questions, please contact Rachel Kavanagh, program manager, Athletics Giving, at 203-254-4000 ext. 2392 or rkavanagh@fairfield.edu.
