The Townhouse Complex sits on the north end of campus, adjacent to the Dolan campus, athletic fields, the Walsh Athletic Center, and McAuliffe Hall. The Townhouses consist of 105 units spread across 15 blocks of houses, which are occupied by nearly 600 juniors and seniors. The Levee is also close by and serves as a social meeting point for townhouse residents.
Townhouses are two-story units consisting of two or three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, a minimum of 1.5 bathrooms with an extra sink, and plenty of closet/storage space. Three-bedroom units have both standard and tub showers. All townhouses have central air-conditioning.
Townhouse units are equipped with the following:
Townhouse residents must provide their own lamps, cooking utensils, dishes, and cleaning supplies.
Living in the townhouses provides students with an opportunity to learn self-responsibility and shared responsibility, which is outlined in the Townhouse Bill of Rights. View the Bill of Rights.
Residents are responsible for preparing their own meals (a limited meal plan option is available and popular with students).
The townhouse complex also features a student staff member to help aide the residents.
Living in the townhouses is limited to seniors and juniors on a space-available basis.
