On October 15, the Department of Recreation launched the Fairfield Fit Student Challenge. Students are encouraged to track their personal, daily well-being activities in the following areas; Mind, Body, and Spirit! Throughout this four-week challenge, we encourage students to try new activities and attend various events on campus that enhance overall well-being. Compete against other Fairfield U students to see who can earn the most points! Each week, a winner will be selected from the top students who complete the most balanced activity record; Mind, Body and Spirit. On the fourth week, both a weekly winner and a grand prize winner will be chosen! Will you become one of Fairfield’s well-being challenge winners?
