Congratulations on your admission to Fairfield! Now it is time to explore our campus, participate in programs for admitted students, talk to our faculty and administrators, engage with current students, compare the financial aid packages you've received, and most importantly, determine which school "feels right" and which campus you can see yourself moving onto in September. Fairfield In Focus

Celebrate your admission with your future classmates and learn all there is to know about the Fairfield experience during Fairfield in Focus, our annual admitted students day. Take a campus tour, hear about a typical day in classroom from your professors, snap your first Stag selfie in our photo booth, and explore our 100-plus clubs and student services at our Student Life Fair. Whether it’s your first time visiting campus or your third, you’re sure to discover something new.

Admitted students and families of the incoming class will have two opportunities to attend Fairfield in Focus on Saturday, April 2, 2022, and Sunday, April 10, 2022. Be sure to register in advance for the date the works best for you at the links below.

Virtual Visits & Opportunities

Learn more about your chosen major, meet faculty, tour our facilities, and get important updates from the Vice President of Enrollment Management - all from the comfort of your own home! The Office of Undergraduate Admission has organized a variety of virtual engagement opportunities to help members of the Class of 2026 get to know our community a bit better. Admitted Students Virtual Information Session

Virtual Information Sessions tailored for the Class of 2026 will be held via Zoom on select days during the week, and will provide valuable insights into the Fairfield experience.

Current Student Panel

Meet some of our current Stags and hear about their experiences at Fairfield. Panels will be conducted via Zoom beginning in February.

Parent Conversations with the Vice President for Enrollment

Parents of students admitted to Fairfield are invited to join Corry Unis, Vice President for Enrollment, for a virtual conversation via Zoom.

Admission Counselor Virtual Meetings

From application basics to the ins and outs of campus life, your admission counselor is one of your best resources. Schedule a meeting via Zoom or by phone to meet with a counselor and have your questions answered one-on-one.

Financial Aid Counselor Conversations

Fairfield is committed to every aspect of your education, including helping you afford it. Schedule a phone call with a financial aid counselor to learn more about the financing options available to you as a student.

Campus Visits for Arts and Sciences Students
Admitted students interested in studying the arts and/or sciences at Fairfield are invited to join us for a College of Arts and Sciences-specific information session scheduled on select days throughout the spring semester.

Faculty Student Research
The College of Arts and Sciences empowers and encourages undergraduate students from all disciplines to conduct innovative, in-depth, and collaborative research under the guidance and encouragement of faculty experts and staff. Each year, more than 300 faculty-student research projects are conducted in the areas of STEM, the humanities, arts, and social sciences, more than half of which are presented at national scholarly meetings and/or published in professional journals and manuscripts.

Fairfield StartUp Showcase
A signature Dolan School event, Fairfield StartUp is a yearlong, “Shark Tank” style entrepreneurship competition where students have the opportunity to pitch their original business ideas to a panel of investors and compete for seed money. In addition to the potential of receiving funding, students also learn how to develop a business plan and gain valuable entrepreneurship and networking experience from successful alumni.

These visits, led by a current nursing student, are only of the labs within the Egan School. Registration is required and this opportunity is available to admitted students only. If you wish to pair your time at the Egan School with a general information session and campus tour, you may do so here.

Fairfield in Focus Virtual Open House
Join us on Saturday, April 2 or Sunday, April 10 for a virtual open house for admitted engineering students. The session will begin at 11:00 a.m. and feature a greeting from Mark R. Nemec, PhD, President, a division overview from a member of the dean's office, and a student panel.

Campus Visits for Engineering Students
Students interested in studying engineering at Fairfield are invited to join us for an engineering-specific information session scheduled on select dates throughout the spring semester.
