About
The Student Leadership Conference is an exciting time for student leaders to attain the knowledge, skills, and resources to be effective change agents for the upcoming year, while cultivating a sense of community among the many different groups and positions represented.
This year's Conference Theme is Radical Hospitality, which our community loosely defines as a way of relating with others, shaped by our Jesuit traditions. Fairfield University recognizes the importance of learning about, and living in, an increasingly interconnected, intercultural world and believe we should be striving to become a microcosm of the global community, in which the other is unconditionally welcomed, respected, and valued.
Who Should Attend
The conference welcomes all student leaders and aspiring student leaders. If you are looking to strengthen your leadership skills and abilities, the conference is a great step to develop these skills. Let us help you discover what your leadership journey will be at Fairfield.
Over 300 student leaders attended last year’s Student Leadership Conference.
