Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies has put together a series of events to celebrate our NEW BUILDING and the professionals who improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare services.

All events will be at the Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies Simulation Center on the third floor.

Celebration and Tours of the New Facility

Monday, September 11
12 – 2 p.m.
The Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies will be hosting tours of the new building and simulation facilities. We will also have cake celebrating the opening of the new building and contests with prizes. Come see all of our new simnovations!

 

Tours of the New Facility

Tuesday, September 12
2-4 p.m.
The Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies will be hosting tours of the new building and simulation facilities.

 

Safety Walk

Wednesday, September 13
1-3 p.m.
For this event, students, faculty and staff will explore the nursing facility in search of finding common medical errors. There will be prizes for those who find the most errors.

 

Escape Room

Thursday, September 14
12-2 p.m.
Join us for a nursing themed escape room challenge! Bring a team of 4-6 participants to solve a series of puzzles using clues and strategy. All faculty, staff and students are welcome.

Ice Cream Social

Friday, September 15
3 p.m.
The community is invited to attend an ice cream social in honor of National Healthcare Simulation Week.
