BEST OF ALL… You’ll earn a degree from a nationally ranked and respected university.
What's the next step for you to obtain your bachelor's degree? Do you need to begin taking classes, finish up your last few, or are you somewhere in between? You can start or complete a bachelor’s degree in over 40 traditional majors as a part-time student.
Different from the pre-determined course of study required for most undergraduate majors, the Bachelor of Liberal Studies program at Fairfield University lets you plan a course of study that makes sense for you. This flexible and individualized program allows you to transfer up to 75 credits from your previous college experience, as well as earn credit for qualified life/work experience. With an emphasis on initiative, creativity and reflection, this interdisciplinary major prepares students for the social, professional and personal challenges of a competitive and dynamic world.
The RN to BS in Nursing program individualizes learning experiences for completion of the degree. The sequence of courses for registered nurse students is designed to build on existing knowledge and skills, and integrates a professional, research-based, family-oriented, community-focused perspective.
For students who have earned a bachelor's degree in another field, Fairfield University offers a Second Degree BSN Program in an accelerated format leading to a B.S. in nursing. Upon completion of prerequisite courses, students matriculate and complete degree requirements in approximately 15 months. A total of 60 credits must be earned at Fairfield University after the first degree is awarded.
